Bookings can be made on our website, booking.com and Air BnB. We have a range of wonderful properties ready to welcome you. Bookings must be made by persons over 18 years of age. The booking will be deemed as confirmed once payment has been received and the confirmation email is issued.
We implement a 2 night minimum stay.
We keep card details on file and conduct an inspection of all properties once you have left. We reserve the right to charge for any missing or broken items.

Via our website www.allureholidaylets.com where we will take your payment securely online via a credit or debit card. Sorry, but we don’t accept cash, cheques or bank transfers. If you book a non-refundable rate you will have to pay 100% of the rental value straight away. If you book a refundable rate we only need 20% of the booking total. We’ll take the rest 14 days before you arrive. Please see our terms and conditions for full details on booking payments.
If you need to cancel your booking, please email us at contact@allureholidaylets.com. Refundable rates cancellation. Cancelled up to 72 hours before check in date 100% of rental value. Cancelled 72 hours – 24 hours before check in date 50% of rental value. Cancelled within 24 hours of check in date No refund. Sorry, but our non-refundable rates are not cancellable. Please see our terms and conditions for the full details on cancelling your booking.
You can absolutely amend your booking dates but only if you have booked a refundable rate.
Sadly, we can’t amend dates for a non-refundable rate.
We will send you an email prior to arrival with detailed instructions on how to collect your key and enter your apartment. Keep an eye out for our email, it should arrive 24 hours before your check in date.
We include free Wifi and utilities, as well as complimentary tea and coffee. We also provide all linens and a care package with essentials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, laundry pod, washing up sponge and tea towel. Free use of luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap is included too.
We will do our best to accommodate your requests but it very much depends on which property you are staying in. Please contact us at contact@allureholidaylets.com to enquire.
All our properties are non-smoking (including the balconies). A charge of £100 could be payable if we find any evidence of smoking or vaping in the holiday property.
Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We supply cots and high chairs. Please email us at contact@allureholidaylets.com at least 72 hours prior to your arrival and we will set these up ready for your arrival.
Whilst we love pets unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accommodate any animals in our properties.

This depends on the property you have booked. We do have some parking available at certain properties at an extra cost. If there isn’t any parking available at your holiday home, we will share details of the nearest available car parking.
For environmental and operational reasons if your stay is 12 days or less, we will not enter the property to clean it. However, you can absolutely request a clean for an extra fee. Please contact contact@allureholidaylets.com
